So I have an 87 GN that is pretty much good to go inside and out. The one thing that bothers me about the car is that it has the dreaded split in the leather right on top of the dash. There is no way to repair it other than taking the dash out of the car and having it completly redone (and probably not match).

So basically I wanted to see if anyone had a GN dash laying around in great condition with no fading, rips, chunks missing, etc. Basically perfect condition. I know it is a shot in the dark, but I'm sure there are some out there lying around that came out of totalled cars or maybe removed for straight up race cars.

Thanks!

how many do you need? obviously its big so i assume you dont mind paying the shipping charges which may be a lot up to $100. where does this need to be shipped? i have probably 5 of these guessing

very nice ones are easy to find, all my parts cars had them. Just sold my last one with the cluster surround for 75 last week.

They certainly aren't that easy to come by I would just say you were lucky !!!! I certainly wouldn't of given them away that cheap !!!!!!

Around here I would say 1 in 4 cars are good and the parts cars are getting scarce so I'm sure prices will go up in the future mark my words!!!!!! Just dashes gets like $1200 to refurbish a dash these are easy enough to still get. I have sold dashes for other older cars for way more than what these are currently worth

Then i guess i am lucky, hell one parts car had a extra mint one in the trunk. I know you would not sell them that cheap as you have overhead (ie: ar 15s other weapons, man toys), my 3000 square foot shop is paid for because it is my personal shop. I sell my parts for what i think is fair, i dont think it is fair for me to charge somone to pay for my buildings or extra man toys that i want. As i wont be giving anyone a refund when i sell my buildings. Thats just me, and i guess that is why i am sold out of most all parts and still made a killing. To compare different vehicle dash prices is apples to oranges. So go ahead and sell him a dash for 200 plus 100 for shipping and good luck in your business.

I actually have 6000sqft and it costs a bunch and unfortunately the cars aren't free around here and the gas to go get them isn't free and the materials to wrap them isn't free either and the gas to ship them isn't free either and it took me time to pull the dash out and strip and down and probably a hour worth of time to wrap it properly to make sure it arrives the way I sent it.and as far as shipping goes if your 3000 miles away and FedEx wants $100 to ship it how is that my fault? If he is close enough to pick it up he is welcome to look through anything that I have here. Also it's not free for me to sell parts on here either since I pay to vend on here and I have a huge phone bill every month talking to people from here about parts and some buy parts and some don't but either way the phone company doesn't care! So when I tell him what I feel like telling him for a price that's some of how I come up with my prices.

Hey guys I am in North Georgia. It's good to know that these can be had. I am guessing that you have to pull the whole dash and then just remove the old "pad" and replace with the new one? I just figured that it would be the whole dash metal frame and everything you would have to replace. I've never seen one out.

ttaowner can you give me a solid price (with or without shipping zip code 30115) and do you have any pictures of the ones you have? I would definitely want your best one as this car is in kick ass shape minus the dash.
