86 or 87 Turbo Regal with T-Tops $15-20K?

After looking around a little bit, I have decided that I want a turbo regal with t-tops. I really want a limited, but a regular turbo-t or t-type would be okay.

I am really in search of a low mileage, completely stock, show worthy car, but would also consider a modified car if it has been done right. Whichever comes along first. I would like to find the best car I can get for between $15-20K. Thanks, and please let me know if you can help me with my search.
