We just bought an 89 Supra on Saturday for my son. He was soo excited about it. Nice car that I got for $3050 on ebay.
So I decided to play an April fools day joke on my son. I had my buddy at work right me a $6,000 check. Came home and gave the check to my son and told him that Mark drove the car and then wrote the check for it. Told my son that Mark was soo impressed he wrote the check right there. Told my son that it was up to him which one he got to keep, the check for 6k or the car we just bought. It was priceless. He sat in that looked at the check and then out the window at the car then back at the check. He sat there for a few minutes and said nothing. So I asked him which he would rather have and he had no answer. I said to him "do you like the car for 6k" he shrugged his shoulders and said yeah I think so. So I said ok and grabbed the check and tore it into quarters and told him we will keep the car. His looked completely confused and said that was a lot of money, then looked back at the car and smiled. Crazy kid. Then I told him Aprils fool and he just laughed and went back to his room.
