Was looking for a TTA, and there is one on autotrader for $34,500, never registered, original miles. Thought it might be a good deal. Sorry no link, but if you search 89 firebirds, it is the first listed.

last I heard that car did not work. just sayin.
I was all over that car when I saw it online. good price though if it actually ran.

So--you are saying there is a 125 mile original tta that does not run?
Should be an interesting story, can you elaborate a little?

I was interested and called the guy and he said he had to do something to the fuel tank before he would fire up the car. That was in the spring time. I called a few times after and he did not have it going yet, he was a very busy man I guess. Sent a few emails but as far as I know it's still not running.

THe best way to find out would be to call him and ask him if he has started it yet. His phone number is in the autotrader ad. I bet he has not started it yet.

Jarred.

The owner (or I think his mother ownes the car) is / used to be on tta.com not sure if the car runs or not :-)

here is a 385 mile one on craigslist that is running and flawless
1989 turbo trans am

dave selling it is a better idea than you driving it! sell it and buy a higher mileage car that you don't have to feel guilty about.

daves tta is mint as you can imagine.i believe 100% original including air in the tires. i wish mine were as nearly as nice.

good luck on your sale !:D

re: TT/A prices

If any TT/A can raise the bar on the price scale, this is the one that can do it. I expect these cars with low mileage like this one to be worth 100 grand some day. This can be considered a very good investment considering the real estate market and the stock market are not such good investments anymore....just my 2 cents

re:TT/A

The 385 mile car has been taken off the market until spring. Thanks to all those who inquired. The asking price was not met. It did get as high as $41,000 but the offer was declined.......Dave
