Check the TV cable at the throttle body. If it comes unhooked or breaks, it forces max line pressure causing late or no upshifts.
If that's all in order it could be many things, most of which will require a rebuild Stuck pump slide is one possibility. Long story short, if it has to come out of the vehicle a rebuild is pretty much required, partial rebuilds are a crapshoot.
Have u ever been in the trans? Are you the only owner? How many miles? Have you ever serviced the trans? Give as much info as possible and someone can give an educated guess. HTH.
Check gov pressure at the tap and make sure it's not stuck. It may have debri and the valves for the gov is hanging, whitch will not let it shift and not slip either. Good luck
