93 Ultra headlights staying on

Have a 93 Ultra with twilight sentinal and daytime running lights(a required canadian thing) and the headlights will not go off on their own,would stay on till the battery dies ,have to flick the twilight switch on and off to turn off the lights.Any ideas.

It was the Twilight sentinal control module ds under dash above the fuse box.
