A/c replacement line question

I purchased a set of replacement a/c line from Kirban's I believe they are manufactured by Parts Place Inc. I also purchased a new 68225 4 seasons compressor. When installing these lines do I need to use any inserts like the one Highway stars sell?

I am not sure by what you mean "inserts". The lines I just installed from The Parts Place had all the green "O" rings on the ends. but went to NAPA and got the two gaskets that go between the lines and the compressior.

One was green and one was gold. They are different sizes also.

my a/c compressor comes with a insert, that installs on the a/c line. I know highway stars sells a replacement line that require a insert with new a/c compressors. I am trying to figure out do I need one with the parts place lines
