No, you need a standard actuator if you plan on running 93 octane, especially with the differences from one station to the next. Sure the pump says 93, but it all depends on how old the gas is, it might actually only be 90 octane if it's been sitting for awhile. Get the standard actuator and keep the boost at a rock steady 16-17psi. With the HD actuator, you will be very hard pressed to keep the boost close to 18psi, typically 19-20psi is very common with that turbo. You will also need to port the wastegate hole on your turbine housing to just smaller than your downpipes' wastegate puck. If the downpipe puck meaasures 1.35", then mark your housing with regards to where the puck falls on the housing when it's bolted up, then port the hole just smaller then the puck. Typically 1.10" to 1.00" is fine for maintaining good boost control.
You will definitely need to have your TT chip reburned as you went from a turbo that supported up to 580 flywheel hp, and now you have one that will support 785 easily. 60# Mototron injectors are highly recommended for this turbo as well.
You do not need to touch the IAC if you order the turbo with an S compressor cover. (PT6776RS version) You will need to do something with it, if you opt for the H compressor cover tho. I got away with just undoing the weather pack connectors' wire cover and bent the wires out of the way of my 4" MAF pipe on my setup.
Here is a link where you can see pics of my 6776RHP installed on my current '87 Turbo T.

And here is a picture of my modified IAC connector with my H cover equipped PT6776RHP turbo and 4" Big Mouth cold air kit.
Exhaust coatings are fine and all, but are a hassle, especially if they get coating on the inside of the housing and or bolt holes. Honestly, you'd be better off painting the housing yourself with 1500* high temp paint.
You must have a converter that will stall to 3200-3400 rpms at zero boost to really spool the dual ball bearing 6776 turbo fast.
Hope this helps.
