Looks like you cleaned up the cylinder head sealing faces. (maybe not after looking again)
Did you re-verify the port alignment?
If you did, what did you find?

Is there a reason you did not weld the outside of the runners to open them up a bit more? I know welding the material **** at best, but just wondering.

well i did clean the cylinder head surface area then i put the intake on to find out it had to come off again and have yet to re clean it. what you see there was mounted on the car for about a week with 5 min run time. as far as the intake port size it was gasket matched but im going to try to get it done up even more but i need to talk to a few locals. the ports are pretty big but i will see what nick micale says.

how do you keep the pcv from leaking boost into engine
from where it located it looks like it would be under boost?

you can see the little gold piece that the hose is screwing into its a one way check valve so it lets vac. in and holds closed under boost
