A new sticky

A new sticky at the top of this forum should be a history lesson all about stage2 parts. To some this may seem dumb, but I have no Idea and I think it would be nice o have somewhere for all of the people out there who are just getting started. I asked a guy in the chat room one time what stage2 was. He said that it was the easiest way to go broke.
