I'm bringing down a fresh(as in ZER0 runs) big block Buick powered car this year. Motor has run before but the chassis hasn't. I'm hoping all goes well. I noticed we needed more cars in the 9.50-10.50 range. We'll see.

On a side note. what's the chance of a Buick/Dart headed corporate smallblock being legal? Next year maybe? Hey, Nascar says it's a Buick. Surely 427 cubes with twin turbos will help us. It's so lonely sitting in the garage on Noble weekend.

Andrew won his race 9.41 to 9.77 but it wasnt enough as his team went down.He was the 3rd fastest Ford.

At least Andrew didnt sandbag like some of his Ford team mates.One qualified at 13.06 and then ran a 11.18 like we wouldnt notice.

Way to go Buicks 39-35.

The pro tree is working great with only 3 Buicks and one Ford red lighting.

Congrats to all the buick guys. Us ford people didn't bring enough to the party this year, though I did do my part and won my race.

Ted A: I appreciate you showing what an intelligent guy you are. FYI, the track didn't hook up well enough (for me at least) to even need the wheelie bars.

On my best pass my car picked up 42 mph in the last 1/8 mile.... still only a 9.24 @ 159. I was half a second off on my 1/8 mile times.

Andrew is one of the most trash talking local mustang guys here in Dallas,but he is actually really pretty cool in person.

Just to let everyone who doesn't know,or doesn't remember...
Andrew ran 9.0 last year tossing the blower belt.He has switched to the turbo and HAS run in the 8s on DRs!We all know he could have done alot more damage than he did at Noble this year.

Congrats to you Andrew on your win against Bill Duke.I think it would have been closer if his launch didn't mess up.Maybe there will be a rematch next year.

As for me,I had trans problems.But I hope to be back next year with an all aluminum bullet in the car and running for the 9s.
