a question about the body

I read in one place that the body of the 87' GN and GNX are no different. Is that true. Because other places say there are several difference between the two such as louver vents and fender flares. Which one is correct? Thanks for your time.

Yeah they are different. The GNX have wheel well flairs and louvers on the front fender as well as a totally different rear suspension. The tune was also different as well as some other minor performance mods to make the car what it was... A beast.
