is it true you can use the forged chevy 327 pisions part number L2165f from summit . The 327 pin is smaller (.927" vs .940) but a machine shop can bush the rod so the 327 pin can be used. the comp hieght is 1.671 and 5.4 cc valve relief with stock heads and gasket size comp should be around 8.25:1
 
The piston would be way down in the bore >.154 and there would be no quench so it would make no power and likely detonate like crazy. The 302 chevy piston is closer to the right pin height and might be a good option. I did not do the math on compression and other things.

unless you order them custom made, a 302 piston will have a large dome on it that probably wouldn't work with Buck V6 heads... but if you were going to order custom pistons you could just order them for a 4.1 and be done with it.. a while back, someone on here posted that they had a piston company make a set of custom reverse dome 4.1 pistons and he said he'd be willing to tell people the proper part numbers to get the same pistons made, but it wouldn't necessarily be cheap.
