Hi guys,

Okay so I switched my AC compressor for new one as my clutch was messed up. I unplugged my ac compressor pigtail on the unit until I had installed a new one and had a shop put the refrigerant back in. Once it was all ready and I fired it up...the compressor wouldn't engage. I checked the fuse on the drivers side and it was fine. I checked the pressure switch and the pigtail and it was getting voltage.....but the pigtail to the compressor wasn't. So I checked the relay and it is toast. I jumped the pink to the green wire and clutch engaged.

Now my question is it okay for me to install Bosch style relay instead of the stock one. Or is it imperative that I get the stock one. I just can't seem to find and at my local.parts store or online.

Any help will appreciated.

Thank you

try four season 35907 , supposed to be interchange for the unavailable delco 15-2371

but a relay is a relay , as long as you have the matching socket

Okay thanks so much.....I would like to keep it as factory as possible....I am going to order it from rockauto as it's available.

Out of curiosity what is the other relay for?

Thanks again
