AC/Heater box heat shield

Bryan - these are pics of what I need. As mentioned I am also looking for a heater box top piece with circuit board. Pictures one and three show the beat up heat shield I am using. Picture 2 shows the refurbished one that i forgot to install when I put the engine back in.
