No. I have used this Kent Moore Tool that is specific to the PowerMaster system.

I paid $20 on thiEfbay for one.

This PowerMaster Tool J-35126 is what I used to test the original all black Accumulator bowl and replaced it with the yellow band type.
This also checks to see if the motor, Pressure switch and all is working with the spec. that I also attached for anyone to read.
