Well here is the story again. I burnt up my first pm motor back in August. So I ordered a new motor from hank and accumulator from the dealer. Drove the car and the motor burnt up again a day or so later. Called Hank back and I bought a third motor. Before I put this one in I also purchased a rebuild kit for the power master, a pressure switch, and brass proprtioning valve. I put everything together bled new brake fluid. The car stops great and no mushy or hard pedal or anything. The only problem I am concerned about this motor burning up too. I did an acuumulator test(pump the brake pedal 7 times blah blah blah) and counted on a stop watch how long it would take for the motor and light to shut off when you turned the key on. The light took about 2.87 sec. and the motor took 12.25. I did this test several times and the the numbers came out almost the same. The brake light stayed on 2.87, 2.96,3.01 sec. were some of times
I recorded. Also If the system is completely pumped up(motor is off) I can only press the brake once or twice before the motor comes back on to fill the accumulator. Again I just replaced the accumulator a few weeks ago. What do you guys think? Should I be worried about burning this motor up again.
Thanks
Kevin
