update

well after talking with numerous legal people with the states of colorado and wyoming, the district attorney of cheyenne is investigating this issue as i am not the only one who was ripped off by adc and charlie sikes.

will keep updates as new stuff becomes available.

hopefully i don't have to use my last resort yet. maybe i will get my stuff back.

I learned along time ago to never give money up front to an engine builder you do not know enough to trust.
If they have the money already some people have no insentive to get the job done in a timely manner. However if they have not been paid........they will get the job done so they can get paid!

Hope everything works out for you! Good Luck.

This is awful how honest people are getting totally ripped off here.
I think I'd get Tony Soprano after them to get my money!

Seriously, I think I would use Jack Cotton to have a motor done for me if I needed one.
He seems to be a forthright person, knows what he's doing, and seems to stand by his workmanship. He gives a good approximate timeline too. Last but not least, his reputation seems impeccable as well.

i have dealt with both jack cotton and nick mchale, both vendors and both great guys.
they sent the parts i needed to me before i sent them the money.
i sent them a check after they sent the parts.

too bad there aren't more guys like this that go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
i will continue to buy things from them because they are honest and run a good business, and go out of their way for you.

this process of getting my money and parts back is a long one. but i am confident it will happen.

All my motors are built by RPE machine in CT.
He always delivers in his time frame given.
