Have a 70 MM throttle body and bonnett. When setting the TV cable as per the book the throttle blade is a few degrees from being wide open. I know someone was talking about this a while back but can't find it. What is the fix? Thanks.

If the cable is pulled all the way out and the throttle is not open all the way you must loosen the cable so you can get wide open throttle and then add washer between the tv plunger and the spring to make up the difference
