well, i finally got a turbo oil return line that would actually bolt up to my te 60(took off a ta49) and know my adjustable wastegate doesn't have enough room to go back on, or if its on, the turbo can't be pushed down enough to get the intercooler pipes on. any suggestions are greatly appreciated.thanks
Andy

So you have a 60 series turbo now right?
Let me guess, PTE front mount?

If you try loosening the 6 bolts that will clock the compressor housing downward, then the wastegate wont work right? Because the rod is in a bind but the compressor outlet meets to the intercooler pipe?

Braise a arm on the wastegate to relocate it upward/higher..

Send me pics, others would tell you to run a external wastegate..

What you need to do is line the compressor outlet to the pipe, then figure where to mount the wastegate. Most new HD wastegates have this mounted to them relocating, but then again, with that non sweeping pipe the new wastegate will bind too.
Hope i can help

Hi Bryan, Thanks For The Reply. I Have A V2 Front Mount And Yes, The Wastegate Won't Go On After The Oil Return Line Is Bolted Up. The Middle Of The Turbo(where The Oil Return Line Is Stays Stationary Right?) So The Wastegate Can Be Mounted In Some Of Those Other Holes Instead Of Where I Had It? Thanks For Your Help.
