Adjusting Boost

Can anyone tell me how much boost should i gain when turning my actuator arm in one full turn? I think i may have something wrong. Thanks alot

Generally speaking each full revolution should yield one lb in boost, or vice versa if loosening.

well i have to turn 3 full turns to gain close to a lb. any idea what could be wrong?
