After 9 years just found my build sheet..Have ?

I`m looking at my engine build sheet that i found while cleaning out my garage last week....and after 9 years i`m just looking at the parts list that they performed on my engine, there is alot of part numbers and i dont know where they got them, but my main thing is the bore size it says...BORE SIZE IS 3.830 0.030 OVER does that seems right...and the part number for the pistons are H521AP any idea what these are? When i first bought the car i did not know any thing about the engine and after my brother drove my car and broke the crankshaft i had to have it rebuild so i`m not sure what parts was put in....thanks
