After market elbow for larger turbos ?

Is anyone out there making an after market stock replacement elbow for larger turbos (installing GT6776e)...for those that don't want or don't have the option to go with a larger DP (TTA guys) ? I have a 3" Actionfab S/S DP but it uses the stock elbow...no more Huston DP's for the TTA out there...if so they are $1000+. I'm probably going to have to buy a flange from RJC and get somebody to fab up a new elbow to connect to my 3" DP. BUt would be nice to know if there is a bigger stock type elbow available in the mean time. I ported my stock one out as far as I can go...it will do for the time being but not very eficient.

Even if there was something out there available , it would not work for us , ad the elbow angle for a TR and a TTA are totally different.

Im on the same boat right now. I have a customers TTA here with a nice stainless unknown brand 3 inch DP AND A STOCK elbow. For some reason the stocker does not seal the turbo entirely on the new PT61-52. It doesnt have anything to do with the flange or aligment. The compressor wheel cavity in the turbo is larger than the elbow.

Yeah I know the GN and TTA are differnt...too bad. Sounds like the same DP I have...all S/S polished, no flex pipe and fits into the stock elbow. Yeah my new GT6776e is borderline at best...haven't fired it up yet so don't know if it will seal as well either. On my DP the 1st section is about 12" long and has a slip joint right about at the edge of the valve cover. I'm looking at making a new peice to replace that one with a new elbow. RJC sells the flange with puck so just need to fab up the rest. There is a shop about 3 miles from my house that build custom race chassis, headers, roll cages, etc. The guy there is very good (a pontiac man as well)...I spoke to him about building a DP for the TTA and he was very interested. The Actionfab 3" DP I have is very nice just needs a better elbow. He can use my DP and car to mock up a new unit. When I get it running it's going up there for a look and some talks on options.

I'll post a pic of what mine looks like tomorrow.
