aftermaket turbo heat shields fit aftermarket turbos?

I just bought my 87 GN and the stock turbo shield won't fit over the turbo housing on my car. It just appears the owner before me made a small turbo upgrade but still wont fit over it.

Do you know if the stock one can be modified or if one of these will fit?

Post a picture of the turbo. Any turbo with a 3 bolt exhaust housing will work with the stock cover. You will have to trim the cover to fit over most aftermarket downpipes.

thats a stock turbo .youll need to trim the sheld for the aftermarket down pipe
