Anyone see them? I SWARE I seen them like 2-3 months ago, and said to myself "That's not the real deal, they're fake, stay away from them, use the real shit." and then for some reason my front wheels get REAL hot when braking now, causing the centercaps to fail. So I epoxied them on and they still fell off. Epoxy NEVER works for me. Ever. So now I'm starting to think that maybe the aftermarket repros may be built better. And now of course I can't find them. Anyone know who made them?

If you're talking about centre caps for the 16" Aluminum GTA wheels, then you are missing the metal retainer that goes inside the plastic centre caps that were supplied by GM them to prevent exactly what you're describing.
Both Factory & Re-Production centre caps need these .

However, I have if your are referring to the centre caps for the factory 15" steel wheels, then you can use epoxy resin to secure the caps to the metal backing plates. I've used this technique successfully in the past.

The GN center caps were still available from GM a couple years back...as I ordered a couple as spares. Not sure if they're still available from GM.
