Any possibility of screwing up any calibrations? I'd like to see how much of a difference they make on a 1-2 shift but I do not want to mess up anything else.

Not if you're careful

Before removing old servo---somehow press it in untill it bottoms. Measure between servo cover and snap ring. .060-.070 is ideal. Probably much more than that. Install new servo and set travel the same. Lets say your travel is .120--set new servo the same and try. Then shim it to the ideal setting.

Ed ,if you like I can mail one to Dominick for you guys to try out.The servo will shorten and firm up 1/2 and 2/3 with no downshift clunk.
