you stated the bags are complete, do they come with the black round plates, and do the tubing have all the hardware, or are they just cut

They are complete. The lines are fairly short as I had the valves mounted inside the trunk. The valves come with them, they are still on the car. The spacers do not come with bags generally but I think I may have some somewhere. I will have to look to make sure I have them. If I do I would include them.
