air charge temp sensor wiring harness location?

Gents,

Can anyone tell me or post a pic of where the ACT sensor harness/plug is located on our cars? When I bought mine, the ACT was never installed or hooked up. cant seem to find the harness/plug so i can install one. My car is an 85 but I would assume that an 86-87 would be the same.

On my '87, the actual sensor is in the intake piping just above the stock air filter canister. There's a plastic 90* elbow and the ATS screws? in there. The wires come out of it & go basically straight back towards the belt / alternator. I think it's a 2-pronged weather-pack plug. I'll try to snap a pic & post it up. Keep in mind mine is an '87.

That would be a big help sir! if you can, could you follow the harness back to where it ties into the main wiring and let me know the round about location is of that too? I searched all over the drivers side of the car and cant find it anywhere...

It's just to the right of that sausage in the first pic. Wait - that's my finger!!!

Here's a pic of it unplugged. It has a black wire and a tan wire going to it.

That harness in the 2nd pic goes backwards to the underside of the alternator, an forward to disappear under the factory airbox. HTH.
