I've been told that it hurts the GN's performance, because of the ATR air filter housing? I think it may be better to relocate "just" the K&N air filter to under the car right below where it is at now.

I run mine without the ATR filter housing, but have the tubing routed to direct air right to the middle of the filter, it seems to work very well.
