I got worried about driving around Ca with an obvious test pipe in place of my cat, so I had a pipe made that looks more like a cat. I'm passing along this test pipe that I had custom made to match the oval inlet to the Pypes cat-back exhaust I have on my car. The pipe is 3" diameter, and is 13" long, and used an 3/8" thick RJC 3.5"X2.5" oval flange at the muff side. I had a machine shop slice the 3" ID round pipe and carefully tig it into the oval shape of the flange. I cleaned out the inside pretty well of carbon/exhaust residue, so this pipe's ready to go. Sorry I don't have a flange gasket available, but that should be easy to round up. Asking $80 shipped top your door in the lower 48 United States, and PM me to claim it. Thanks for looking!
