But man do i feel it now at 40, my knees are friggun shot and hurtin like hell right now, forget my lowerback and my pain threshold about a 6 on a 10 scale every day

errr and the arthritic 4 boxer fractures on my right hand plus the carpal tunnel aint much fun either waking up in the middle of the night with the evil claw.

and to think im only 40... lord help me in 10 more years...LOL...should change my name to McCripple or a rapper M.C. Cripple..YO!

Maybe i should move up on cripple creek

Im busted up too, i can barely walk when i get up in the morning.

Went and got scanned monday for a MRI, its just my spine, nothing to worry about.

At least im walking this week.:frown:

oh its just my spine..lol ..well thank god for air tools cause the days of GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip are comming to an end here.

Ive been looking into some of them new batt powered 3/8 and half ratchets..look kinda neat

Sorry to hear it, brother! How long did you maintain status ?? I gave it up after a bad jump with the Brits many years ago(bad landing, ended up with some spine and hip issues too..), havent looked back..

airborne??? what active airborne unit are you with?? what unit is by flint??? You do a bad plf or somethin? lol.

Paratroopers???

35 years old here...still on status, luckily I'm now in SOF so I stay away from the T-10C canopy, I'm used to jumping the MC1-1D, they are steerable and easier to land. I have herniated disks that flair up from time to time, but the way I look at it is 4 jumps a year to stay proficient, $150 a month = $450 per jump...not too bad for a few hours of work and let gravity do the rest...:D

LOL no no, i been out for years, guess i shoulda rephrased the thread....i think i just like to blame my bad knees on somthin...midaswell be uncle sam eh..lol but humpin 100s of #s of ruck on long scenic strolls through the 100 acre woods prolly didnt help.

The 82nd Airborne destroyed:

My left shoulder
right ankle
both knees

But other than that I'm fine. Of course, I can no longer sneak up on a deer because all my ankle noises give me away, but I'm hanging in there.

And last but not least, why you don't use 300 Weatherby Magnums for ~125 lb deer within 100 yards:

I won't bother you guys with this year's, I just got a little one, but I did find a really nice 8 point that died from bluetongue, which was rampant in WV this year.

Gnats killed a nicer deer than I ever have:

some nice typical racks there guys, i got some older shots on zipdisc but havent been hunting in about 3 years. and a doe on opening day of bow season was last i got.

bout 10(edit) longer then 10 yrs ago... years back had a monster in my feed pile, never seen him but seen his prints and was like DAYM! and like 2 days after, he got hit on road and DNR took him, he was like 18 point non tip and woulda scored real high on B&C. made the papers and state publication called woods and waters he was so damn big....I had good spot on tree line and at other end a guy had 5 acres fenced in with 10 does as pets...bucks came for miles. that year i settled on an 8 non tip that had some weird funk on its ass...donated the meat

oh heck tony ah 13f the ole forward observer...gee fellas..put one over here...shhhhhhhhhoooo kaboom and crossed with other various mechanicals for the 110 and 109 when not in the field like busting tracks and other assorted deltas, some de-sal and turret repairs and sweeping motor pool when i got lip'E...LOL

Perm was Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield 75th

seems like forever i can bearly remember half but im reminded every day when i wake up that i was in

3rd Inf div.
Rock of the Marne!
I've taken off in an airplane 403 more times than I've landed in one.

Maybe we can get RJC, or Cotton's to make us some new knees.

Don't buy the E-bay ones... There Chinese cr@p:eek: .
