Which way our you putting the air inlet on the airbags, Airlift say down, but to route the hose back to the license plate would leave it hanging down. Going out the top would make for a cleaner run. Anyone run them out the top?
 
When I had bags,I ran em' out the top w/no issues.The spring perch has a hole in the center.Of corse i'm allergic to following directions.
 
Last set I did I ran the air lines out the bottom, through the frame rail to the bumper. Removed one of the bolts on the bottom of the bumper and installed the air valve. Simple, easy to adjust; and it looks clean too.
