Alchy noozles for front mounts???

What alchy noozles hs everyone used for front mounts?? Im afraid of sealing problems with the thin wall aluminum pipes.

get some 1/8" npt aluminum weld in bungs, they work great and never leaks. :biggrin:

you could do that put i have never had a problem on the installs that i have done with the nozzle and setup that razor puts in his kits.

Dura-fix

Has anyone used something like dura-fix to weld in the aluminum bungs for the alky noozles??? If so how did it work??

Dura-fix is a rod brazing aluminum do it yourself welding rod, you use a propane torch.

2nd that. Even at 30 psi, that's not a lot of pressure.

I like the bung idea as well. I'm not worried about pressure - more about the constant vibration and heat cycling that can loosen a thinwall thread up quickly.

Not a problem how I do it. Those posting have never seen how my nozzle setup goes together.

Nozzle never loosens up, leaks air, etc..

But I guess there are many ways to accomplish a task.. some more complicated than others.

I have mine plumbed just fine...exactly the way it came from Julio.

I didnt use anything that did not come with Julios kit. No leaks and great performance.
