I am ordering a kit from Julio this week. I have a 67 Journal bearing with H cover so it takes a bit to spool 4" in 3" out with the 81 or 83 exhaust housing. (I know its 80 something)
I have a 3800 that spools it instant but fries tires & loses some top end MPH while I have a nice Billet 3400 thats a bit lazy on the start line but better top end wise. Thinking I'll bump it to 3600.
What do most low 11 high ten cars use nozzle wise? 1 15mm or 1 15mm & 1 10mm? Its all fully built with roller 210-215 cam & ALL the goodies from engine to rear end & in between including PL LC-1 etc etc. I like to use about 26-27 lbs on the track & 20 on the street with less sticky tires. I dont have a cage & get warned every time to stay at 11.50 but now & then like to bump it to low 11's & they usually leave me alone. If I really add some boost I see a 10.9 10.8 with some slicks or my Drag Radials.
So one nozzle or two? I use 94 octane up here.
Gotta order this week as its on special & sold my other kit.
Cheers!

PS: I used to be a track hound every week for 3 years from 90-93 but now its 1-2 times a year a sonme cruising on the weekends. Makes me think 1 nozzle will do but???

I would use one 15 nozzle. I generally think around 10.80's +/- is where someone might need to add a 2nd nozzle for more octane effect.
