I see the Alky control kits can come with one or two nozzles....when would two nozzles be required?

10 second passes..
Crabby 10.1 dual 70mm turbo
Troy 10.7 dual 67mm turbo

I wouldnt run a dual unless your knocking on 10s, if its lean thow in some octane or bigger injectors.

KC is right: mid 10's or better you would want to think about going with twin nozzles.

Thanks! Thought about going twin (since it is offered) but wasn't sure if it would be an overkill on a slower than 10 sec car.

Do the twin--just cap-off the 2nd one until you need it--or just install it later, when you need it,,,

But 1st, ck noz sizes furnished--if you go w/ 2 vs. 1 initially,,,

Dont mean to still your post but how fast can you go with twin nozzles high 9s low 9s 8 are what? And how safe is it also what octane to run with the twin nozzles if your thinking about running low 9s

There are formulas for determining your needed alky flow, Razor can hook you up, give him a call.

But twin M5 nozzles vs twin M15 nozzles is the simple reason why this is not so cut and dry. Turbo cfm at a given pressure ratio, nozzle size, alky pressure etc are all on the table here.

But FWIW, there are quad nozzle kits for those who need boost gauges like this.

If you find the car running good air fuel levels, controller on kit is on "8".. and you see a little knock.. then its time for the upgrade.

Motors with aluminum heads, huge FM's, big turbo's, clean engines(new) dont need them as much as motors with iron heads, stock IC's, high miles, and smaller turbo's.

Tuning is more sensitive with the twins. As small knob changes make huge volume changes. This is another reason I dont like starting with twins when tuning experience isnt there.
