Alky Injection on a Carbed Turbo?

Is it possible? I keep seeing stuff for injected cars but not much for carbed just curious

You need to post this question in the Before Black section. That is the section for the carbed turbo cars. This section is for the feul injected non intercooled cars. You will get better help there.

There's no reason why you couldn't do it but I don't think you will get as big of gains. You already have fuel vaporizing in the intake tract. The octane alone from methanol might be worth it. I don't remember but I think the carb setups are a suck through design?

It help me knock off almost a full second in just a day. I used a cheapo washer pump.

I had an 83 T-Type about 9 years ago. With just water injection mounted above the carb I was able to run 14.1 at 98mph alot of wheel spin. So it will help, but I would use methanol and I would mount it on the turbo at the intake opening. It will help!
