Alky installed, boost fluctuating

Got my homeade alky installed last night and started tuning. The car used to hold steady 17lbs pre alky, so I turned on the wastegate rod. Now the car runs between 18-19 in 1st and 2nd, then runs 23 in 3rd. Could I be loading up to much alky in 1st and 2nd? I'm using a Devilsown box, have the start at 10 and the full at 17. I'm using the 15 nozzle.

Any ideas?

Your boost creep issue I dont believe has anything to do with the alky.

More than likely wastegate issue, or control of air to it.
