Looking at getting an alky kit.Looking at the Razor and the one from RJC.There is a pretty big price difference between the two.I know the old saying is you get what ya pay for but wondering why the big price difference.Is one better than the other I.E. higher quality stuff or does the Razor come with everything you need and that is why the price difference.

I have Razor's kit on two of my cars (soon to be on three), and have performed flawlessly. His kit is complete, well thought out, and well put together. Simply one of the best mods you can do :biggrin:

What is ISAC?

The ISAC is a digital programmable methanol controller. The controller is very feature rich and includes programmable non linear methanol injection, a closed loop boost controller and wideband control as well as datalogging, all in one handy box. Here is a thread with some information.

Ur looken at the SMC kit on Cramers site. They work. Owning a Buick is not cheap and Buick owners are not cheap either and could own any Alky kit they wanted. But there is a reason Razors kit is on 99% of the Buick cars on this site.

When you own a $15k Buick motor that makes GOBS of power on pump gas as a result of a properly functioning Alky kit you choose the one that works more often then not. That being Razors kit.
