Well I was just paying my Alltel bill this AM and saw I was being charged for ProdGuardPlus. I have googled, looked on their website etc.

I am needing a new phone, broke my other one. Can I use this plan to get one? Has anyone used this service?

Hell I didnt even know I had it:eek:

Several times & it has been a big help. If your phone is out of warranty, you pay like $50 (i think) and they replace your phone. I think if you have lost it, it cost a little more, but not much. I know if you file 2 claims within a two year period they will drop your insurance for a year. The product guard has come in handy for us. We have 3 lines and I keep on all three phones.

I hope this helps..

We use Alltel at work...50+ phones and the insurance has been a good thing. You don't realize how expensive some phones are because they give them pretty much away to get your business.
