I'm not sure I understand a feeding frenzy to save $14 on used VC's vs new, of course shipping incl does make it a little more appealing.

If you look at op picture they are not the same..the gn1s are still being produced but the ones that say buick w turbo 6 symbol had to be stopped bc champion did not have the licensing from gm.

this is what happens when something is no longer available and is something that is in demand ...the price it sold for becomes irrelevant
