Am I missing a part below the grill?

The grill just shakes back and forth. Also should the area be paint black in there to blend in?

put the two grille springs on it , they attach to bummer support and hook over the lower ends of the grille
the bumper grille filler was silver on the gn same as every regal , they should have done it black but they didnt

Ok thanks I see the notches and holes for the springs now
