Another backspace question...

I'm thinking of American Racing Vectors.

Here's the specs...

47-58561 15x8.5 +6 5 5-4 3/4
47-5761 15x7 0 4 5-4 3/4

What do you think of the 5" BS on the 15x8.5.

I'll probably use the 275/60 DR.

Eric, I'm pretty sure that 5" of rear spacing is too much. I wouldn't go to anything more than 4" max! more than that will create tire rubbing on the frame problems...

Eric, I agree with Claude. I can send you a pic of the space between the frame rail and the tire with my stock 7" GN rim with 4" backspacing with a MT 275 50 15 DR mounted on it. It's VERY tight to the frame rail. PM your e-mail addy and I'll send you the pic. Brad

What the heck! I can't believe how limited choices are for these cars these days!

I thought it was a decent way to get wider T-ish wheels for a reasonable price.
