Another intrepid fan question

For those that have done this....

Do i need these connections or this white block? I have a harness coming, i am just taking things apart now. Where does the harness plug at on the car side?

Pretty sure that is a resistor not used with the new harness.

Cool, so where does the harness plug to on the car side? Which connector?

Plugs into that connector in your pic. The factory fan connector

 

[T-CHRGD]

The main harness side of the plug in the picture is used. The fan side connector and the resistor are not (remove with the factory fan). The new harness plugs into the factory harness at one end. Those wires control the relays in the new harness. The new relays are wired directly to the battery. There is another plug (Chrysler) on the new harness that plugs into the Intrepid fans.
