Hate to do this on here. I have been a long time customer and any problem in the past has been resolved professionally. Unfortunately this past recent transaction has not faired as well.
Ordered a set of Kirkey seat brackets on 3/24/2015. After 2 months on 5/21 I finally received a package and it was 8 side supports unwelded. The next day I received a pickup notice on the package. The following day I sent package back and sent an email. Email reply was Brian the owner is aware of the problem and is going to contact me shortly. After 2 weeks no response. Sent another email on an update, my response was the exact same. No reason as to what happened or an expected delivery date. My response was, when can I expect delivery and I have been extremely patient. G body parts response was "THANK YOU" that was a month ago!!! Just sent an email for a refund. We will see what transpires from here.
