Looks like for the Hydroboost you can use this same reservoir. Look at this thread and there is a diagram that someone used for the conversion. Has too low pressure lines going to a remote reservoir.

Secondly, why does everyone want a stroker motor or a 4.1 Stage motor if 3.8L was enough?

Maybe you are satisfied with what you have with your 3.8L stock stroke motor, but there is a limit to how much air you can move through the 3.8" bore and 3.4" stroke. The answer, more of one of them and unless you are going for a TSM regulated destroker 4.1 to meet class regulations you don't trade one for another. Boost may compensate for lack of displacement but all things even, it will never replace it.

Will you make these with return port for a Hydroboost system?

You can actually use this one and use a brass T fitting for your return. This is how mine is set up.
