I got my car to idle today! As I made changes to the cranking table/pusle width vs coolant temp I noticed the actual air fuel reading on the f.a.s.t. dash would not move at all, even when I got on the throttle. It seems to stay at 15.2. My target a/f is set at 14.7, keep in mind this is at idle! should I be reading the actual a/f reading at idle. I never took the rpms higer than 4000.

Glad to hear that it's running!

You're playing with the wrong settings to get it to idle, however. The "cranking fuel" is really just used when you are starting the car (i.e. you're holding the key forward and the starter motor is turning the engine over).

What you should be adjusting is your VE table - that is the number that is used to get your actual A/F ratio to match your target A/F.

Try that and let us know how it goes.

a/f ratio

so I should be reading an actual reading a/f while idling?

found out

I found once I took the car out for a drive the a/f ratio began registering correctly!
