another PEVR question

Ok folks, since I have never seen an actual PEVR, here is the question. I just located one in PA but it has 2 vaccumn ports. Is that correct? It on a '79 turbo intake. Price is right.

I found one here and it does have 2 ports, but this one is on the intake:

The PEVR on my 79 LeSabre has only 2 ports ... hope that helps you in your decision making process.
