Another simple Custom CNC or Lathe part request. Anyone out there who can make it?

Once again I am wondering if someone can CNC(I was told this would be a lathe job but I know nothing about this). I need at least 8 of these made and would appreciate anyone who can help me out here or knows a company that can do it. Here is the drawing:

I didn't want to speak for you Mike. I made some parts for him a few months ago, but I was able to use my NC mill. This is a better lathe job, and as I told you about your fittings...we don't have a lathe. Wish I did.

Remember those fittings ai asked you about (lathe part). I made 90 of them on my manual lathe a couple weeks ago. 8 of these is a walk in the park.
