any advantage of a 9" front wheel over an 8" anybody with quick reply please

what should i go with? 8" or 9" in the front. what back spacing? they would be 18" wheels.. also 18x10 in rear with 5.5 bs .frame notched wanna tuck some 315's... thanks joel

the advantage is that you can run a wider tire, but the disadvantage is that if you don't get the backspacing just right, you might have more rubbing issues.

I'd say talk to Todd Kay TKGN1. I think he pretty well has it figured out, although his wheels are 17s.

I have 9.5" in the rear w/ 4.75" backspace. I have 315 tires. They are Nitto DRs and it's so close I doubt any other type of tire would work. Any more BS and you'll rub a stock frame. I also have rolled fenders.
