Any Chevy Truck owners here

I Just picked up a 1987 RV-10 Chevy Short bed truck.
It has TBI on a 350 eng. & 3:73 10 bolt rear.

Will this 10 bolt fit into any G-bodies from 1981 to 1987?
I mainly want to drop this Motor/ Rear into my Son's 85 Monte C.
I will keep the 200vr tranny in place so it will work with the gears.

I am going to take the TBI & CC distributor off & go OLD School
with the motor. I can junk the body or swap in the 305 / rear from the monte just to keep a truck.

Rear is likely too wide and a leafspring setup.

Monte is a coil spring..

The truck and monte rear arent interchangable either as a whole or parts.. Monte has a 7.5" and the truck should have a 8.5" (if its a half ton) so there really isnt any interchangable stuff there. As was mentioned the truck has leaf springs while the MC is coil sprung so at minimum youd have to torch the mounts off and reweld them on the other diff.
